We don't expect Clients to arrive with a ready-made solution. The Client's role is to define the desired outcome; the Firm's role is to achieve it by applying its legal knowledge and practical experience.
To offer the Client the most suitable solution, a thorough review of the case materials is carried out, evaluating possible scenarios and risks while keeping the Client's interests at the centre.
We provide our Clients with a comprehensive set of legal services. The Client's case is handled in an interactive manner: the Client is informed of every action, which allows them to follow the case at each step and, where needed, to respond quickly and effectively to any change in circumstances.
The Firm's specialists and partners are practising lawyers with more than ten years of experience. They combine academic knowledge with practical skills that can only be gained through sustained work in their respective fields.
Any work carried out at a Client's request is agreed in advance with the Client or their authorised representative. The Client is kept informed of the case at every stage, and tasks are executed within a schedule that has been pre-agreed with the Client.
In its work, the Firm strictly observes the ethical and confidentiality standards of the legal profession, ensuring that the Client's information is not disclosed to third parties — this information is also protected by the Latvian Advocacy Law («Par advokatūru»).

A lean network of specialists
The Firm's approach to delivering services rests on the principle that each area of law requires its own specialisation. There are several ways to achieve this. One option is to build a large office that brings together specialists from every field under one roof. In that case, services become unnecessarily expensive for the Client because of high administrative overheads — and it is impossible to keep every specialist consistently occupied.
We have chosen to collaborate between specialists on a case-by-case basis, engaging outside lawyers, financial advisers and other specialists within the scope of each individual matter. This approach is advantageous for the Client, who knows the costs in advance and knows exactly what they are paying for.
As a result, the quality of our services remains high, while costs stay predictable and are not inflated without reason.
